Enter the Shimano Voltaeus Ultimate Hook-up by clicking on the “Enter the contest” tab on the home page:
Entries Accepted April 16th to July 31st:
Fill out the information and be sure to enter what model of Voltaeus you purchased and where, this information is important if you are a winner! Your entry into the contest is a picture of the fish you caught (any fish!) alongside a Shimano Voltaeus rod. The key to winning this contest is having a picture of the fish and the Voltaeus rod visible in the picture. When you sign up or log back into your profile, you will be able to upload your picture entry onto the Voltaeus Ultimate Hook-Up site for the entire world to see!
At the end of each month, 150 contestants will be selected at random to play the Shimano Voltaeus “Spin to Win” Slot machine Game. These contestants will receive a special code to be able to pull the lever of the Voltaeus Slot Machine and have a chance at winning Shimano Shoes, Backpacks, Reels or even $50,000 if the three Voltaeus logos appear!
If you happen to be a skilled angler and think you can break a state or world record, then this contest has something for you as well! If you catch a Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass or a Rainbow Trout on a Voltaeus rod that breaks a current state record, you will receive $50,000! If your catch happens to break the current world record for one of these three species, your winnings just doubled to $100,000!
At the end of the 3 month contest, July 31st, all of the valid entries will have a chance to win one of our prize sets listed under the “prizes” tab. Two winners will be selected from each of the three regions (western, central and eastern) that will win a Daytona 500 prize package for two or a $2500 Shimano Shopping spree to the store where they purchased their Shimano Voltaeus rod! After these prizes have been awarded, there will be one lucky National winner that will be selected from the valid entries received between April 16th and July 31st. This National winner will receive a 2010 Toyota Tundra and a Skeeter bass boat with Yamaha motor and trailer!
